Good data, quick access

I used the Facebook Ad Library feature on BigSpy. It pulled up competitor ads fast. The data was accurate and helped me see what others were running. Interface was straightforward to navigate. I got what I needed done quickly.

TikTok Ad Spy worked out

I was looking for some new ad ideas for TikTok and decided to try BigSpy. I got the TikTok Ad Spy service. It was pretty easy to use, and I found a bunch of creative examples that gave me some good inspiration. The database seemed pretty up-to-date, which was nice. It took a couple of tries to get my filters just right, but once I did, it showed me exactly what I wanted to see. Overall, it was a solid experience and worth checking out.

Anyone know if there's a BigSpy group buy option available right now?

F FBAdSavvy 2 weeks ago ✓ Best Answer

Your best bet is probably to check Facebook groups for ad spy tools. People organize them there sometimes.

C CommunityAdGuy 2 weeks ago

Yeah, that's where I found my last one for another tool.

G GroupBuyHunter 2 weeks ago

Good idea! I'll check some of those groups.

D DealSeeker 2 weeks ago

I saw one on a forum like 6 months ago, but those are usually temporary. Hard to find active ones.

G GroupBuyHunter 2 weeks ago

Bummer. Was hoping to jump in on one.

C CautiousBuyer 2 weeks ago

BigSpy themselves don't officially support group buys, so it's always a bit risky. Be careful.

G GroupBuyHunter 2 weeks ago

True, always a risk. Thanks for the warning.

Is the BigSpy free trial still available? Can't find it.

A AffiliateAce 4 weeks ago ✓ Best Answer

I got one a few months ago through a specific partner link. Maybe search for 'BigSpy free trial coupon' on Google?

A AdVoyager 4 weeks ago

Yeah, sometimes they do limited time trials through influencers.

N NewbieMarketer 4 weeks ago

That's smart. Thanks!

D DataDigger 4 weeks ago

Last I checked, the 'free version' is super limited. Like 5 searches a day. Not really a trial.

N NewbieMarketer 4 weeks ago

Yeah, I heard that. Just wanted to test the waters a bit.

S SpyFanatic 4 weeks ago

They sometimes rotate it. I think you have to sign up and then there's a small pop-up or link after registration.

N NewbieMarketer 4 weeks ago

Oh, so not directly on the homepage? I'll try that.

FrustratedUser

Trying to cancel my BigSpy subscription but the button isn't there. What gives?

A AdDropper 4 weeks ago ✓ Best Answer

I had to email support directly. Took a couple days but they got it done. Super annoying though.

U Unsubscribing 4 weeks ago

Same experience. Felt like they make it hard on purpose.

F FrustratedUser 4 weeks ago

Seriously? That's ridiculous. I'll do that then.

S SmartShopper 4 weeks ago

Check if you signed up through a third-party reseller. Sometimes you have to cancel through them.

F FrustratedUser 4 weeks ago

Nah, pretty sure it was direct. Good thought though.

E ExBigSpyUser 4 weeks ago

You usually have to go into your account settings, then 'Billing', and it's usually a small link for 'Manage Subscription' or something similar.

F FrustratedUser 4 weeks ago

I looked there, nothing. It's just showing my next billing date.

DataFreshness

How often does BigSpy update its ad database? Is it daily?

S SpyAnalyst 1 week ago ✓ Best Answer

I'd say new ads are added constantly, but the 'trending' data gets refreshed more like every few days or weekly for some categories.

C ChartWatcher 1 week ago

Yeah, I noticed the 'Top Charts' don't change every single day.

D DataFreshness 1 week ago

That makes sense. Thanks for the insight!

A AdTrendSpotter 1 week ago

For some platforms like Facebook, it feels pretty daily. TikTok can be a bit slower but still good.

D DataFreshness 1 week ago

Okay, so not all at once then. Good to know.

C CreativeHunter 1 week ago

It's definitely not like, minute-by-minute. But for general spying and creative ideas, it's updated enough.

D DataFreshness 1 week ago

Fair enough. Just checking expectations.

TikTokTracker

Is BigSpy data for TikTok ads accurate? Or just a bunch of old stuff?

V VideoAdViking 3 weeks ago ✓ Best Answer

I use it daily and it's pretty good for finding new video ad formats. They update the database fairly often, I think.

A AdCreativeGuy 3 weeks ago

Yeah, I think the 'New Trending Ads' section is usually pretty fresh.

T TikTokTracker 3 weeks ago

Glad to hear some positive! Need those fresh ideas.

T TrendHunter 3 weeks ago

It's decent, but not always real-time. I've seen stuff from weeks ago listed as 'trending'. Good for ideas, maybe not live tracking.

T TikTokTracker 3 weeks ago

Weeks old? That's not great for TikTok.

A AdSpyPro 3 weeks ago

Compared to some other tools, it's alright. Just temper your expectations for super fresh, breaking stuff.

T TikTokTracker 3 weeks ago

Understood. Thanks for the heads up.

ForgotMyPass

My password reset email for BigSpy never arrived. What do I do?

S SupportSaga 1 week ago ✓ Best Answer

You'll probably have to contact their support. They usually respond within a day or so for account issues.

A AdToolUser 1 week ago

Yeah, they can manually reset it for you.

F ForgotMyPass 1 week ago

Guess that's my only option then. Thanks.

B BrowserFixer 2 weeks ago

Try a different browser or clear your cache, sometimes that helps with weird website glitches.

F ForgotMyPass 1 week ago

Hmm, didn't think of that. Will try.

E EmailChecker 1 week ago

Check your spam folder, seriously. Mine went there once. Or promotions tab if you use Gmail.

F ForgotMyPass 1 week ago

Already did, nothing. It's weird.

FBUserConcern

Is BigSpy safe to use for my Facebook account? Worried about getting banned.

P PrivacyPal 1 week ago ✓ Best Answer

BigSpy doesn't interact with your Facebook account directly. It's a separate tool that scrapes public ad data. You log into BigSpy, not Facebook.

F FBUserConcern 1 week ago

Oh, that's a relief! I thought I had to connect them.

S SafeBrowser 1 week ago

Yeah, it's not like those shady apps that ask for your FB login.

L LongTimeUser 1 week ago

I've been using it for years with my main Facebook account and never had an issue. It's just looking at publicly available ads.

F FBUserConcern 1 week ago

Good to hear from someone with experience.

A AdLibraryFan 1 week ago

It's like looking at the Facebook Ad Library, but with more features. No risk to your personal account.

F FBUserConcern 1 week ago

Makes sense when you put it like that.

Anyone know if BigSpy is legit? Seems almost too good for the price, especially if you get an annual plan.

M Mia V. 3 months ago

Totally legit. Been using it for a year now, no issues. The data's pretty solid for what I need.

W Wendy Okafor 3 months ago

It's legit. I used to use AdSpy but switched to BigSpy cause it's cheaper and pretty much does the same job for Facebook and TikTok. No shady stuff happened so far.
